Flying WestJet
On my recent vacation, I flew WestJet both ways between Montreal and Halifax. It had been a while since I didn’t use Air Canada (or more recently Porter) and I was struck by the unique customer service of WestJet.

And I love it.

My friend made the introduction, “This is Tessa…” and we shook hands and the guy said something like, “And now we’ve officially met.”
What...
If you’re willing to follow along, this is a really interesting lecture by Dr. Albert A. Bartlett on how the exponential function can explain the world energy crisis. Seriously. Really really good.
