Oh man, I had a nice breakfast here last month with some friends, but I totally missed out on the Mediterranean Eggs Benedict, which is apparently “a Greek take on our breakfast favourite - the eggs laying on spinach and feta, phyllo replacing the English muffin.” (via iloveeggsbenedict) Spinach and feta with phyllo replacing the English muffin.
