The Leak: Reviews of Montreal apartments/landlords →
The Leak was born out of a discussion between roommates concerning the large triangular gap that persists between tenants of an apartment that are leaving, new arrivants, and the landlord. Often, lots of time, money and energy could be saved if some basic information could be shared from a person to another.

becoming-wave asked: In my experience cab drivers in Montreal don't seem to know where ANYTHING is or how to get freaking ANYWHERE. I've had to give detailed instructions to every driver I've ever had on how to get to my *neighbourhood* in general. Sometimes I wonder if they are making it up as an excuse to waste time, take a bad route, and jack up the fare.
