It’s been a winter of food experiments. On Friday, as a lead-up to craft night, me, Brooke, Lara, and Amber attempted kimchi. We mostly followed this recipe, tripling the measurements to accommodate three huge human baby-sized (and -weighted) napa cabbages. It took us almost 5 hours with all the chopping, soaking, salting, draining, mixing, and Amber bravely handling the squid for us...
