You should really think about roasting some squash right now. Seriously, I just cut a squash in half, put it on a baking sheet, poured a bit of olive oil on it, sprinkled some cinnamon and sesame seeds and baked the thing in the toaster oven for a while while I checked my email and now it tastes like the best thing ever and my apartment smells amazing. For real, no salt or sugar or anything. Just pop the squash in the oven with some oil and whatever you have in the way of nuts and spices. What are you doing not eating roasted squash right this very minute?
