We’re staying in Cronulla at the moment, with Conor’s aunt. It’s a coastal suburb of Sydney and it takes us about an hour to commute by train into the Sydney CBD (Central Business District). Yesterday was our first day venturing into the city. We walked around the vintage shops in Newtown, went down to the water (Opera House blah blah), and had delicious sashimi for dinner (I’ve been waiting for Sydney sushi all trip). Today I’m working on the ol’ resume and scoping out the shops in Cronulla. I’m still deciding whether to get a job out here and go into Sydney on my days off, or get a job in the city and just deal with the commute.
